I very occasionally will send you other pertinent information relative to Anton Health and Nutrition (health, natural cooking and healthy living topics) but am respectful not to litter your inbox and to keep emails to a bare minimum.

If I promote other people’s products or programs, it’s because I myself have found them to be helpful and supportive to my healthy lifestyle.
