Please try to stick with the week-by-week format, going in a chronological order. That said, the time it takes you to do this program is up to you; you do not need to complete this program in six weeks. Consider the “weeks” more as modules that can be completed at your own pace.
Please wait until you have gotten the basics of “fine-tuning” your diet down before starting on your supplement protocol. About 2-3 weeks into your program is a good starting point for most people.
