		<description>Nice job! Yah, that&#039;s how long it takes with the hard nuts like almonds and hazelnuts. I made walnut butter for the first time last week, and it was MUCH shorter - about 4-5 minutes since they are so soft and fattier. It&#039;s DELICIOUS! Soaked the nuts, dehydrated them and now it&#039;s a creamy butter.</description>

		<description>I did it! I soaked raw almonds overnight, toasted them lightly in the oven to dry and then followed your recipe. Thank goodness you&#039;d told us how long it would take and all the stages it would go through, I&#039;m sure I would have added more oil or something without that knowledge.
The result is a beautiful creamy almond butter, full of enzymes and free of phytates due to the soaking, with just a little celtic sea-salt for flavour. 
Thank-you for a wonderful new addition to my kitchen!</description>
